Join us September 18–19 at The Journey in Newark for Flourish Women’s Conference, a weekend built for rest, honesty, and growth.

During our time together, we will explore what it means to flourish in our relationship with God, ourselves, our family, and our friends.

Flourishing doesn’t mean life is perfect. It means staying rooted in Jesus through every season.

What to Expect

Flourish is a weekend for women to grow deeper in their faith together.

Over two days, you’ll hear from speakers, connect in a breakout session built for where you’re at, and leave equipped to flourish like never before.

Pastor Susie Johnston

Pastor Susie helped plant The Journey, but she also serves as our Events Director.

She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, developing leaders, and building strong teams that make ministry happen with excellence and heart.

She’s married to Mark, mom to Maddy and Conner, and dog mom to Winston, who is convinced he runs the house. She loves encouraging others, gathering people around a table, and finding creative ways to turn ordinary moments into lasting memories.

Please register in advance. We want to ensure we have plenty of food, swag, and space available for everyone!

Doors open at 6pm on Friday for check-in, fun, and girl dinner. Our programming will start at 7pm.

On Saturday, we’ll start with breakfast at 8:30am and wrap up at 2pm.

We’ll meet at The Journey in Newark. Once you register, you’ll receive an email with details and everything you need to know.

Appetizers and dessert on Friday evening, Saturday breakfast/lunch, breakout sessions, and SWAG.

No. Childcare will not be available for this event, and Journey Kids will be closed.

We want to ensure that our J-Teamers have the opportunity to fully participate in the event, so we will not be offering childcare. We encourage families to make childcare arrangements in advance if needed.
