By providing access and information to trusted community organizations, Christian counseling, and practical resources (such as food, housing, rent, and utility assistance), we hope to provide help, hope, and relief for those facing current life challenges.

Monthly Food Distribution
In an effort to bring hope to families in the region and meet the broad needs many are facing with food insecurity, The Journey provides food to 500 families through a community drive-through food distribution event on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9 am-11 am, first come first served. Food distribution happens in a drive-through fashion at The Journey’s Newark location at 721 East Chestnut Hill Road (while supplies last).
