Prayer
No matter where you are in your faith journey, Week of Prayer is a great place for you to unite together as we strengthen our faith and connection with God and others. We know that praying for a specific length of time may be intimidating for some, but we’ll create a welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable — even if you’re new to prayer.
Reading The Bible
We learn and grow through reading the Bible. God has breathed his life into the very words on each page, and we will experience the truths he has for us when we devote time to reading them. We recommend downloading the YouVersion app. Following Week of Prayer, you can read our devotional called “Shepherd to King”, written by Journeyers on the life of David! It’s a great way to take a next step and guide your time with God. Learn more about signing up below (devotional begins August 29th).

From the beginning of our church, prayer has been a lifeline. We seek God first in prayer, trusting in his power alone to create a lasting impact in our lives, our church, and Journey City. If you are ready to see God work in your life, press into prayer.
