We have a dream to reach the 1.8 million people in Journey City with the life-giving message of Jesus.
It’s a dream that can only be realized through people – people using their gifts to teach others about Jesus through the lives they live, the prayers they pray, the invitations they make, and the influence they steward for a greater purpose.
Through our Journey Leadership Institute, we raise up empowering leaders who will change Journey City for Jesus. We see the potential in each person, and we come alongside leaders – in ministry and in the marketplace – to help develop that potential so they can become who God has made them to be. We teach from a curriculum created here at The Journey to offer leaders top-quality ministry training, spiritual formation, and spiritual development.
